Gulf Oasis Hotel Apartments

A summary of my work trip at Gulf Oasis Hotel Apartments is as follows: 1) Professional management, especially the reception team 👌. 2) The size of the unit is amazing (for a studio and a 1 bedroom apartment). 3) The hotel price is lower than the price of other hotel apartments in the same area. 4) Amazing location for vacation trips and business trips. 5) All services are available around the hotel 24*7.

I have stayed in this hotel for 3 months. It was like a home to me I really like the service they listen to all what you demand although there is one particular person who was rude and didn’t listen to my needs which way the cleaning boy. But once I complained they changed the cleaning team immediately. The security personal are THE NICEST ! They are all so caring and nice . The pool guard is unfortunately rude . There is a humidity problem if you use the balcony too much which is logical due to the heat. The beds are super comfortable and because I have kids I got the sheet changed practically every day . Over all I was very pleased and felt at home there I loved the pool because it’s half covered and you can swim even in the heat and it has a nice view. Small remark : I hope they change the living area furniture to more modern one

I have stayed here for 5 days. The staff is super nice and hospitable especially Kat and Vikas. Kat was always kind and helpful and always there to assist you in any queries. Vikas was very hardworking and efficient. They’re always there to help and always smiling and passionate in what they do. The room is very spacious and clean. Great location. They have a grocery next door that will send you anything with free delivery which was very convenient. Security staff was very nice too. The room I had did not have a lot of sunlight so had to turn on the lights a lot but other than that, the Wi-Fi works well and it was a great stay in this hotel. Thank you so much !

The staff are very nice, but.... The internet is terrible, and I mean terrible. The AC fans blow cigarette smoke from the 'smoking' rooms in to the 'non-smoking' rooms, so it's always smells of smoke. The gym is poorly equip and hotter than the surface of the sun, as they refuse to use AC in there. You can not adjust the AC temp in the room. So you can have it too hot or too cold. It's also very dated and the kitchen hob is unusable as they are so faulty.

Nice apart-hotel with reasonable pricing. Around 15 mins to the metro station, Carrefour nearby, a small gym and tiny swimming pool also available. Furniture is not brand new, but everything was clean. Service is good - cleaning was offered every day. The receptionists were friendly, and we extended our stay there 2 times (until we got a one year Ejari contract for the apartments). Would highly recommend

The gym was well-equipped and provided a great space to maintain my fitness routine. The rooftop pool was an absolute delight, offering a serene escape to unwind and soak up the sun. What truly sets Gulf Oasis Tecom apart is its convenient location. Situated in the vibrant Tecom neighborhood, the hotel is close to major attractions, shopping centers, and business districts. The nearby metro station made exploring the city incredibly easy. Throughout my stay, the staff was consistently attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. From providing excellent restaurant recommendations to assisting with tour bookings, their personalized service left a lasting impression.
